This Agreement (hereinafter – the "Agreement") governs the rules and conditions of use of the website https://jevita.eu (hereinafter – the "Site"), which belongs to the JeVita brand.

1. General Provisions

1.1. By using the Site, you (hereinafter – the "User") agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, please stop using the Site.

1.2. The owner of the Site and the lawful holder of all related intellectual property is the company operating the Jevita brand.

1.3. The Owner reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Site.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1. All materials on the Site, including images, text, videos, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are subject to copyright or other intellectual property rights and belong to the Jevita brand or are used lawfully.

2.2. The User has the right to view, download, or print materials solely for personal, non-commercial use.

2.3. Posting, copying, reproducing, transmitting, selling, or otherwise using the content without the Owner's prior written permission is prohibited.

3. Use of the Site

3.1. The User agrees not to use the Site to post information that violates applicable Ukrainian law or public morals.

3.2. Posting any harmful code, advertising messages, or spam on the Site is prohibited.

3.3. The User may leave comments and reviews, which must not contain insults, discrimination, or calls for violence or hatred.

4. Registration and Security

4.1. To place an order, the User may register by providing accurate information. The User is solely responsible for keeping their login and password secure.

4.2. In case of a violation of this Agreement or applicable law, the Site administration reserves the right to restrict or block the User's access.

5. Placing an Order

5.1. Placing an order on the Site confirms that the User has reviewed the terms of the Agreement, the product's characteristics, price, and the delivery, payment, and return conditions.

5.2. An order is considered placed from the moment the "Confirm Order" button is clicked and the User receives confirmation via email or SMS.

5.3. The User must provide complete and accurate delivery details: name, contact number, email address, and physical delivery address.

5.4. If it is not possible to reach the User within 3 days, the order will be canceled.

6. Age Restrictions

Users between the ages of 14 and 18 may place orders only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

7. Personal Data

7.1. By placing an order, the User consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection."

7.2. The purpose of processing personal data is to process orders, communicate with Users, and send informational messages.

7.3. The User allows informational and promotional messages to be sent to the email address or phone number provided.

8. Liability

8.1. The Site Owner is not liable for possible technical malfunctions of the Site caused by the actions of third parties, internet connection interruptions, or force majeure circumstances.

8.2. The Owner does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site, but strives to resolve any such issues as quickly as possible.

8.3. The User bears full responsibility for their actions on the Site, including any damage caused.
