Shipping policy

Delivery of Gold and Silver Items by Nova Post:

Handled through Nova Post.
Available only after 100% prepayment.
Delivery time: 8–20 business days, depending on the country.
The parcel is insured for the full value of the order.
Customs duties and taxes may be charged in accordance with the laws of your country. Payment of these is the buyer's responsibility upon receipt.
Delivery is carried out by an international courier (UPS or another partner in your country).
The item is shipped within 4–6 business days after payment.
We recommend checking your email and any messages from the courier company so as not to miss important information. In some cases, the courier service may contact you to clarify customs details or request payment of fees.
Starting July 1, 2026: for shipments to EU countries valued up to €150, an additional customs fee of €3 per HS Code (product code) applies. For shipments over €150, the standard import rules of the destination country apply.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
Once your order has shipped, we provide a tracking number so you can follow its delivery.
If a parcel is returned due to an error in the provided address or a failure to collect the order, the cost of return and re-delivery shipping will be borne by the buyer.
In accordance with an executive order from the White House, the U.S. Postal Service applies a percentage-based rate. For Ukraine, this rate is 10% on all commercial shipments.
For orders shipped to the USA, you will need to pay an additional customs fee of 10%
If the customer refuses to pay the fees indicated and the package is returned to the sender, the return shipping costs, customs fees, and other related expenses will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items with diamonds shipped abroad must be accompanied by a gemological report — an official document required for customs clearance and transport of the item.
