- other structural defects not caused by the user.
What Doesn't the Warranty Cover?
- damage caused by dropping, impact, deformation, or careless storage;
- exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, medications, chlorine, salts, etc.;
- color changes to stones or metal due to improper care;
- loss of parts of the item (for example, one earring from a pair);
- mechanical damage or signs of wear that aren't the result of a manufacturing defect;
- items altered or repaired by third-party jewelers;
- lack of documents confirming the purchase.
What Do You Need to File a Warranty Claim?
To use your warranty, please have ready:
- proof of purchase (invoice, electronic order confirmation);
- the original packaging or the item's certificate (if available);
- photos of the defect (upon request from our support team).

- Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Once confirmed, pack the item along with all required documents and send it to the address provided by our support team.
- We'll inspect the item and let you know the outcome. If the warranty claim is confirmed, we'll repair or replace the item at our expense.
Processing Time
Inspecting the item and reaching a decision takes up to 7 business days after we receive it. If the defect is confirmed, repair or replacement will be carried out as quickly as possible.
