At Jevita, we strive to make your jewelry shopping experience as pleasant and worry-free as possible. This section describes our exchange policy for items purchased through our website jevita.eu.
In accordance with European Union legislation, you have the following rights:
- 14-day cancellation period: You have the right to cancel your order and return the item without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving it.
Conditions for Exchange Within the 14-Day Cancellation Period:
- The exchange or return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
- The piece of jewelry must be undamaged, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of purchase (such as an invoice or order confirmation) must be included with the item.
How to Exchange or Return an Item (Online Purchase):
- Please contact our customer support team by email at contact@jevita.eu or via the contact form on our website https://jevita.eu/pages/contact to let us know you'd like to exchange or return an item.
- Please provide your order number and the reason for the exchange/return. If you'd like to exchange the item, please specify which item you'd like to receive instead (if available).
- Once our support team has confirmed your request, please securely pack the jewelry item together with all original components and proof of purchase.
- Send the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that return shipping costs may be your responsibility, unless the item is defective or doesn't match its description.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your exchange or return request within 5–7 business days. For exchanges, we'll ship your new item as soon as it's available. For refunds, we'll issue payment using the same method you used to pay for your order.
Cases Where an Exchange or Return Within the 14-Day Cancellation Period May Not Be Possible:
- If the item was custom-made or has individual modifications made at your request.
- If the original tags have been removed from or damaged on the item.
- If the item shows signs of use, damage, or alterations that are not a manufacturing defect.
- There is no receipt showing the date and amount of purchase.
- Visible changes due to contact with chemicals, cosmetics, medications, salts, or chlorine.
- More than 14 calendar days have passed since the item was purchased.
If the customer refuses to pay the fees indicated and the package is returned to the sender, the return shipping costs, customs fees, and other related expenses will be deducted from the refund amount.
