User Agreement for jevita.eu website

This Agreement (hereinafter – "Agreement") regulates the rules and conditions for using the website https://jevita.eu (hereinafter – "Website"), which belongs to the JeVita brand.

1. General Provisions

1.1. By using the Website, you (hereinafter – "User") agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree with any point of the Agreement, please stop using the Website.

1.2. The owner of the Website and the rightful user of all related intellectual property objects is the company operating under the Jevita brand.

1.3. The Owner reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the Website.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1. All materials on the Website, including images, texts, videos, graphics, logos, trademarks, are objects of copyright or other intellectual property rights and belong to the Jevita brand or are used on legal grounds.

2.2. The User has the right to view, download or print materials only for personal non-commercial use.

2.3. Posting, copying, reproduction, transmission, sale or other use of content without prior written permission from the owner is prohibited.

3. Website Usage

3.1. The User undertakes not to use the Website for posting information that violates the current legislation of Ukraine or norms of public morality.

3.2. It is prohibited to post any malicious code, advertising messages or spam on the Website.

3.3. The User may leave comments and reviews that should not contain insults, discrimination, calls for violence or hatred.

4. Registration and Security

4.1. To place an order, the User may register by providing accurate information. The User is solely responsible for keeping their login and password secure.

4.2. In case of violation of the Agreement or current legislation, the Website administration reserves the right to restrict or block User access.

5. Order Placement

5.1. Placing an order on the Website confirms the User's familiarity with the terms of the Agreement, product characteristics, price, delivery, payment and return conditions.

5.2. An order is considered placed from the moment of clicking the "Confirm Order" button and receiving confirmation by the User via email or SMS.

5.3. The User must provide complete and accurate delivery data: name, contact number, email address and physical delivery address.

5.4. If it is impossible to contact the User within 3 days – the order is cancelled.

6. Age Restrictions

Users aged 14 to 18 years have the right to place orders only with the consent of parents or legal guardians.

7. Personal Data

7.1. By placing an order, the User gives consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

7.2. The purpose of personal data processing is order processing, communication with Users and sending informational messages.

7.3. The User allows sending informational and advertising messages to the provided email address or phone number.

8. Liability

8.1. The Website Owner is not liable for possible technical failures in the Website's operation related to third party actions, internet connection interruptions or force majeure circumstances.

8.2. The Owner does not guarantee continuous and error-free operation of the Website, but strives for their fastest elimination in case of occurrence.

8.3. The User bears full responsibility for their actions on the Website, including any damage caused.
