What does the warranty cover?

Within 2 years from the date of receiving the product, you have the right to free repair of the product in case of detected manufacturing defects, including:

  • faulty clasp (earrings, chains, bracelets);
  • weak or poor-quality mounting of stones;
  • other structural defects that occurred not due to user fault.

What does the warranty not cover?

  • damage caused by falling, impacts, deformation or careless storage;
  • exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, medicines, chlorine, salts, etc.;
  • color change of stones or metal due to improper care;
  • loss of product parts (for example, one earring from a pair);
  • mechanical damage or wear marks that are not manufacturing defects;
  • products that have been modified or repaired by third-party jewelers;
  • absence of documents confirming the purchase.

What do you need for a warranty claim?

To use the warranty, please prepare:

  • proof of purchase (invoice, electronic order confirmation);
  • original packaging or product passport (if available);
  • photo of the defect (upon request from support service).

How to use the warranty?

  1. Contact our support service at contact@jevita.eu or through the form on the website.
  2. Specify the order number and briefly describe the problem.
  3. After confirmation — pack the product with all necessary documents and send it to the address specified by the support service.
  4. We will check the product and notify you of the result. In case of confirmed warranty case — we will repair or replace the product at our expense.

Request processing time

Product verification and decision making takes up to 7 business days after receipt. If the defect is confirmed, repair or replacement will be performed as soon as possible.

  • Remove jewelry before sleep, sports and contact with water.
  • Avoid exposure to cosmetics, perfumes, cleaning agents.
  • Store jewelry in separate pouches or boxes.
  • Regularly check the condition of clasps and stone mountings.
