What does the warranty cover?
For 2 years from the date of receipt, you are entitled to a free repair in the event of manufacturing defects, including:

- weak or poor-quality stone settings;
- other structural defects not caused by user misuse.
What is not covered by the warranty?
- damage caused by dropping, impact, deformation, or improper storage;
- exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, medications, chlorine, salts, etc.;
- discoloration of stones or metal due to improper care;
- loss of parts of the item (e.g., one earring from a pair);
- mechanical damage or signs of wear that are not manufacturing defects;
- items that have been altered or repaired by third-party jewelers;
- absence of documents confirming the purchase.
What is required for a warranty claim?
To use the warranty, please prepare:
- proof of purchase (invoice, electronic order confirmation);
- original packaging or product passport (if available);
- photos of the defect (upon request by customer support).
How to use the warranty?

- Provide your order number and briefly describe the issue.
- After confirmation, securely package the item with all required documents and send it to the address provided by customer support.
- We will inspect the item and inform you of the result. If the warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item at our expense.
Request processing time
Inspection and decision-making take up to 7 business days after the item is received. If the defect is confirmed, repair or replacement will be carried out as quickly as possible.
Proper care ensures longevity
- Remove jewelry before sleeping, exercising, or contacting water.
- Avoid exposure to cosmetics, perfumes, and cleaning products.
- Store jewelry in separate pouches or boxes.
- Regularly check the condition of clasps and stone settings.
