Payment and delivery

Orders through the website are accepted 24/7. You can get consultation from our managers regarding products or placing an order from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 by phone:

Processing is carried out:

  • For orders placed from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 - on the same day.
  • For orders placed after 17:00, on weekends and holidays - on the next business day.

After placing an order on the website, our operator will contact you at the phone number specified in the order to confirm the order and clarify delivery terms.

If within 3 days after placing the order our manager was unable to confirm it (incorrectly specified phone number, etc.) - the order will be cancelled.

Delivery methods:

International Delivery – carried out by Ukrposhta service. After sending the order by the carrier, a message with the tracking number will be sent to your phone number or email address.
  • Online payment through Plata by mono from Monobank.
  • Bank transfer. Our manager will contact you to coordinate payment details. Payment to the settlement account is made based on an invoice, which, after receiving the order, we send to your specified email. We send a package of all necessary documents for legal entities together with the purchased goods.
